Edward A. Careau, Managing Director, is known as one of the leading financial advisors in the area. As founder of the Careau Investment Group, Ed shares responsibility for setting investment policy, asset allocation, and security selection for the company's managed accounts. He also consults with the clients of the Careau Investment Group on overall portfolio construction.

Ed's career in the financial services industry began in 1987 with Oftring & Company of Worcester, MA. Oftring was subsequently purchased by Jesup & Lamont Securities Corporation, New York, NY spending a total of 21 years with the combined firms. Ed is well known for his investment seminars and for his weekly financial talk program "On The Money", Rhode Island's longest running financial program, which began in 1990 and is currently on O-N Worldwide, WOON, Woonsocket, RI. He lives in Middleboro, MA with his wife Jane, and enjoys horseback riding.
