Global stock markets are falling after a surge in the cases of coronavirus in Italy and South Korea. In the U.S., Dow futures have been down more than 800 points, or more than two-point-seven percent ahead of market open. Nasdaq futures were down three-point-three percent and the S&P 500 was also down two-point-seven percent.       President Trump is now in New Delhi as his travel throughout India continues. During a massive rally in the world's largest cricket stadium earlier today, Trump touted America's strong bond with India and also confirmed a three-billion-dollar arms deal would soon be signed.        Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor [[ so-toh-my-YORE ]] isn't happy with some of her colleagues. The nation's highest court ruled five-to-four late last week in favor of the Trump Administration's rule regarding immigrants receiving public benefits while seeking legal status. Getting legal status would be more difficult for immigrants if they receive such benefits and Sotomayor took issue with the court's action.       A public memorial service is set for today at the Staples Center for fans to stay a final goodbye to L.A. Lakers legend Kobe Bryant. Bryant, along with his 13-year-old daughter Gianna, were among nine people killed in a helicopter crash last month. Tens of thousands of people registered to try to get tickets to the event, though the arena only holds 20-thousand people.       The emergency alert level is being lowered in Wuhan as Chinese health officials assure the public that the coronavirus is being contained. Still, China's National Health Commission reported its highest number of deaths in eleven days, with another 150 dead from the coronavirus.        Quentin Tarantino is a father. The Oscar-winning filmmaker welcomed his first child with his wife Daniella in Tel Aviv, Israel on Saturday. Tarantino and his wife got engaged in June 2017 and tied the knot in an intimate Los Angeles ceremony in November 2018.
