Arguments in the case over whether the Biden administration's push to remove what they claimed was misinformation on social media platforms violated the First Amendment have wrapped. Conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito said it was unusual federal officials were repeatedly pressuring the social media sites to take down content, adding he saw a "constant pestering of Facebook." The case focuses on communications from administration officials urging platforms to police information about the legitimacy of the 2020 election and the COVID-19 pandemic.    Lawyers for former President Trump say he isn't able to post the 464-million-dollar fraud judgment against him in New York. Trump needs to post bond by next week or New York Attorney General Letitia James can start collecting during the appeals process. According to legal documents filed today, his legal team is asking the appeals court to step in, adding finding a bond is "practically impossible."    The White House says President Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke today. The leaders discussed the latest developments in the Israel-Hamas war, including the situation in Rafah and efforts to increase aid to Gaza. The call between the leaders comes amid growing tensions between Israeli leadership and the U.S.    Gas prices are on the march again. Triple-A reports the national average price Monday is three-47 -- up seven-cents from the past week, and 19-cents over the past month. Gas was the main driver behind the worse-than-expected inflation reports last week.    Buckingham Palace says King Charles the Third is alive following reports of his death in Russian media. Several Russian outlets ran with the news of the king's supposed death using an announcement dated March 18th that featured the palace seal. The palace and several British embassies issued statements denying the reports.    The late Toby Keith will headline this year's Country Music Hall of Fame induction class. Keith's election became official just days before he died on February 5th. The CEO of the Country Music Association said voting ended February 2nd, meaning Keith's induction avoided the rule of not voting in someone in the year after they died.
