On June 15, 2020, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Anthony Petricone with one count of first-degree robbery, two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, and one count of breaking and entering.

 

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Providence sometime on December 27, 2019. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on July 8, 2020 in Providence County Superior Court.

 

 

William Gilbert (age 41)

Providence, RI

On June 15, 2020, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging William Gilbert with one count of first-degree sexual assault.

 

The alleged act occurred in the city of Providence sometime between August 1, 2018 and September 1, 2018. The Providence Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on July 8, 2020 in Providence County Superior Court.

 

 

Dorakis Turvi (age 23)

The alleged act occurred in the city of Woonsocket sometime on January 23, 2020. The Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on July 8, 2020 in Providence County Superior Court.

 

 

David Molitor (age 35)

Woonsocket, RI

On June 15, 2020, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging David Molitor with three counts of first-degree sexual assault, one count of kidnapping, and two counts of simple assault.

 

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Woonsocket sometime on February 20, 2020. The Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation.

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on July 8, 2020 in Providence County Superior Court.

 

President Trump is commuting the sentence of his former campaign advisor. Roger Stone was due to begin his 40-month sentence for lying to Congress on Tuesday. Trump had been hinting he would take such action.        Mississippi is in the fight of its life. The governor declared that today, saying everyone should be alarmed as the state adds more than a thousand coronavirus cases. That includes more lawmakers testing positive. The Legislature building is now shutting down.       More than 100 Senators and members of Congress are telling President Trump to stop discriminating against LGBTQ people. They're demanding he revoke or revise his policies. They want the LGBTQ community to have the same protection as everyone else.       President Trump's niece is being told she can't talk about her book this weekend. A restraining order was supposed to end today but just got extended to Monday. Her tell-all book about her uncle comes out Tuesday.        Wall Street will open Monday on a positive note. The Dow Jones Industrial Average recovered from yesterday's losses by gaining 369 points to close at 26-075. The S&P 500 gained 33 points to 31-85. And the Nasdaq added 70 points to 10-617.       An Iowa woman will spend the next year on probation for throwing a party during the pandemic. Charity Snavely was sentenced today after pleading guilty. She had violated a health order banning social gatherings of more than 10 people.
