The Woonsocket Harris Public Library, 303 Clinton Street, will be closed on Friday, November 10th and on Saturday, November 11th in observance of Veterans Day. The Justice Department inspector general is being grilled about the report accusing the FBI of mishandling the investigation into Hillary Clinton's emails. At a Senate hearing today, Michael Horowitz said former FBI Director James Comey's actions negatively impacted the bureau's reputation. Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley blamed the FBI for handling Clinton with kid gloves.        The White House continues to face criticism for their policy of separating children from the parents at the border. Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen [[ KIRST-jen ]] Nielsen says the administration is enforcing laws passed by Congress. The separation policy is being viewed as inhumane and barbaric by many people across party lines.        White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders is again defending President Trump's assertion that the Russia investigation is a witch hunt. At the White House today, Sanders was asked about a remark by FBI Director Chris Wray that Robert Mueller's [[ MULL-ers ]] Russia investigation is not a witch hunt. He made that comment in a Senate hearing today and had said so previously.        Tesla CEO Elon Musk is revealing that a disgruntled employee tried to hurt the electric car company. Musk sent an email to employees saying the worker gave large amounts of sensitive information to unknown third parties. Musk claims that the unnamed employee wanted a promotion that he didn't get. Musk also noted that there are many outside forces that want to see Tesla fail. He added that employees should be extra vigilant as the company ramps up production of its Model 3 car.       New Jersey may soon dedicate a trail to Jersey native Anthony Bourdain. A state legislator wants to create "The Anthony Bourdain Food Trail" in his honor. The trail would include the ten eateries Bourdain featured in 2015 for his show "Parts Unknown."
