The former Soviet who signed a landmark nuclear treaty is warning President Trump not to tear up the deal. Mikhail Gorbachev told Russia's Interfax News Agency that pulling the U.S. out of the deal would be a mistake and have unintended consequences. The 1987 agreement signed by Gorbachev and President Ronald Reagan sought to eliminate medium-range nuclear missiles.        President Trump is blaming Democrats for the migrant caravan heading to the U.S. In the first of a series of tweets, Trump said the U.S. is doing what it can to stop the caravan from crossing the southern border. In a second tweet, Trump called the caravans a disgrace to the Democratic party and urged immigration laws to be changed immediately.        The jackpots for the Mega Millions and Powerball lotteries are topping a total of two-billion-dollars. Nobody won last night's Powerball drawing. That means Wednesday's drawing is expected to reach at least 620-million-dollars. And that'll be a day after the Mega Millions is offering a world-record jackpot of one-point-six-billion-dollars.        Four Floridians are dead after a rafting accident in Costa Rica. The group was rafting down the Naranjo [[ nar-AHN-ho ]] River when their rafts capsized, sending them into the water. A tour guide also died and over a dozen others were pulled from the water to safety.        Selma Blair says she is living with multiple sclerosis. The actress who starred in the films "Legally Blonde" and "Cruel Intentions" shared the news of her August diagnosis on Instagram on Saturday. She wrote, "I have a job, a wonderful job. I am disabled. I fall sometimes. I drop things. My memory is foggy. And my left side is asking for directions from a broken GPS. But we are doing it."
