Democrats are filing a massive lawsuit that claims there was a Trump-Russia conspiracy that stole the 2016 presidential election. The DNC is suing the Trump presidential campaign, the Russian government and WikiLeaks. A lawsuit was filed in New York City today and seeks millions of dollars in damages.        President Trump is again going after former FBI Director James Comey in a string of tweets. The president writes "So General Michael Flynn's life can be totally destroyed while Shadey James Comey can Leak and Lie and make lots of money from a third rate book (that should never have been written). Is that really the way life in America is supposed to work?" Comey's memos detailing his interactions with Trump were turned over to Congress yesterday and quickly leaked to the media.        Thousands of students across the country are walking out of class today to advocate for gun control. It comes a month after a national walkout over the mass shooting that killed 17 people in Parkland, Florida. Meanwhile, a 19-year-old is being charged with shooting a 17-year-old student at Central Florida high school today. The victim was hit in the ankle but is expected to be OK.        The brother of Stephon Clark, the unarmed black man killed by Sacramento police, is facing charges for making threats. Authorities say Stevante Clark was booked on allegations of making felony threats and for making harassing phone calls to 9-1-1. He's expected to appear in court today. Stephon Clark was shot and killed by Sacramento police last month when officers mistook his cell phone for a gun.       A teacher in Orange County, California is facing charges for allegedly having a "kill list" of Jewish community members. Twenty-six-year-old Nicholas Rose reportedly told a family member earlier this week about his desire to kill Jewish people, and that relative called police. Officers went to Rose's home and say they found anti-Semitic pamphlets, the hit list, ammunition and papers referencing churches and a synagogue in Irvine and Lake Forest.        Berlin, Germany is safe after a live bomb from World War Two was defused. The discovery of the weapon forced ten-thousand people to evacuate the heart of the German capital this morning. Police evacuated people from apartment buildings, hospitals, office buildings, and the central train station.
