President Trump says he was never a fan of the late Senator John McCain and "never will be." Talking with reporters at the White House today, Trump defended his harsh criticism of the Arizona Republican in a series of tweets over the weekend. He said he's still angry that McCain killed a repeal of Obamacare before he died. McCain held the key vote on a so-called "repeal and replace" bill on the Senate floor.        Vice President Mike Pence is visiting flooded areas of Nebraska today. Historic flooding in the Midwest has killed at least four people and done hundreds of million dollars of damage. Nebraska Governor Pete Ricketts says it's the most widespread disaster in the state's history.        Federal authorities are revealing Special Counsel Robert Mueller [[ MULL-er ]] and the FBI started looking into former Trump attorney Michael Cohen months before his office, home and hotel room were raided last year. Cohen's newly unsealed court documents break down search warrants and hundreds of pages of related records related to the Russia probe. The documents are heavily redacted.        The trial is underway for former East Pittsburgh cop Michael Rosfeld accused of shooting and killing an unarmed black teen. Opening statements began this morning at the Allegheny County Courthouse. Seventeen-year-old Antwon Rose was shot three times, including in the back, while running away from Rosfeld in June of last year.       ISIS is calling for retaliation for the mass shooting at two mosques in New Zealand. The terrorist group's spokesman ended six months of silence with an audio recording on Monday. He called the shootings by a white extremist accused of killing at least 50 people in the city of Christchurch an extension of the campaign against ISIS.        Colorado's Democratic governor has signed a controversial bill that would give the state's nine Electoral College votes to the winner of the national popular vote in presidential elections. Governor Jared Polis quietly signed the measure into law Friday. Some prominent Democrats are pushing to end the constitutional mandate after George W. Bush and Donald Trump both lost the popular vote but won the electoral college. Dem Senator a presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren supports the measure.
