The Halliwell Review Committee invites the North Smithfield residents to participate in a public charette to discuss ideas and the future of the Halliwell School Property on July 24, 2021.

The morning will begin at the property at 358 Victory Highway at 9 AM. We will then transition to the North Smithfield Middle School Cafeteria at 10 AM.

What is a charette?

A charette is a design meeting where all stakeholders openly discuss and collaborate to create a program, understand goals and desires, solicit feedback from all, and to help build community consensus.

Classes are once again being offered at Scouters Hall in North Smithfield, 3 extra classes have been added! We will be adhering to all RI Department of Health Covid-19 regulations to keep everyone safe. The number of class participants will be limited for social distancing.
