COVID 19 Vaccination Clinic Memo

The City of Woonsocket will be partnering with the Town of North Smithfield hosting COVID 19 Vaccination Clinics for the Month of January at the Monsignor Gadoury School (Rear Entrance)  1371 Park Avenue scheduled as follows:

• Wednesday January 5, 2022               3PM-7PM
• Wednesday January 12, 2022             3PM-7PM
• Wednesday January 19, 2022             3PM-7PM
• Wednesday January 26, 2022             3PM-7PM

These clinics will offer 1^st and 2^nd doses of both Moderna (18 and older) and Pfizer (12 and over) as well as Booster doses of Moderna for (18 and older) and Pfizer for (16 and older) COVID-19 vaccinations with multiple and convenient late afternoon/ early evening appointments available.

Interested individuals need to preregister at www.vaccinateri.org to schedule their quick and easy appointment time.

Just type Woonsocket in the search by name of location box after logging on to the vaccinateri.org website and you will be brought right to the clinics easy to navigate preregistration page.

If someone does not have access to a computer or needs assistance registering, they can call Human Services Director Linda Plays anytime at 401-767-9282 who will be happy to assist them.

People with mobility issues or concerns need not worry as the clinic is at ground level access and volunteers with transport chairs are readily available to assist with navigation throughout the entire process.
