On Thursday August 17^th from 3:00 to 4:00 the Woonsocket Harris Public Library is giving Teens a chance to make their own Neon signs. These beautiful signs are made with black foam board and neon colored light packs. The library will provide all that you need, but you have to sign up in advance to make sure there are enough supplies. Its open to anyone in Middle School or High School.
