The School Committee may seek to convene in Closed Session for the purpose of (a) discussing the job performance of administrator and to consider recommendation of Superintendent to end employment and/or approve a Severance Agreement accordance with RIGL § 42-46-5(a)(1), and (b) for the purpose of discussing the job performance of a non-union employee and to consider recommendation of Superintendent to end employment of an administrative assistant in accordance with RIGL § 42-46-5(a)(1), and (c) for the purpose of discussing litigation before RIDE involving designation of fiscal responsibility for student in state care, and to review proposed conflict waiver in accordance with RIGL § 42-46-5(a)(2).
