Rubbish and Recycling Holiday Pickup Schedule

 

On Saturday September 1^st and Monday September 3^rd, in the observance of Labor Day the Woonsocket Recycle Facility, located at 943 River Street will be closed.

 

Also closed on Monday September 3^rd is the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation (Central Landfill) in Johnston.

 

Curbside pick-up of rubbish and recycling for the week of September 3^rd to September 7^th will be delayed by one day.

 

Residents are reminded that all plastic bags of any kind are not allowed in the GREEN recycle carts.  All recyclables must be bag free.

 

Curbside collection of yard waste resume the week of October 1^st.  Until then please do not place any yard waste bags in the sidewalk areas.
