The School Committee may seek to convene in Executive Session in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5(a)(1) to discuss the job performance of administrators, and in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5(a)(4) to review a report as part of an investigative proceeding.
