The Committee may seek to convene in executive session in accordance with R.I. Gen. Laws
§ 42-46-5(a)(9) to hear grievances brought by RI Council 94, Local 1137; R.I. Gen. Laws
§ 42-46-5(a)(1) to discuss the job performance of an Administrator; R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5(a)(4), to conduct an investigative proceeding; and R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-46-5(a)(2), to discuss collective bargaining with the Woonsocket Teachers’ Guild.
