The suspect in the shooting of two Dallas police officers is under arrest. Police Chief Renee Hall said Armando Juarez was taken into custody following a police chase Tuesday night. He's facing several counts of aggravated assault on a police officer, as well as charges for an outstanding warrant for theft. Chief Hall said the two police officers and a Home Deport loss prevention officer are out of surgery.        Republican Debbie Lesko is the projected winner of the special congressional election in Arizona. The former state senator held off her Democratic challenger, Dr. Hiral Tipirneni, a political newcomer. Lesko will serve out the term of former Representative Trent Franks, who resigned over sexual harassment allegations. Arizona's 8th Congressional District is a longtime Republican stronghold.        A federal judge is telling the Trump administration to resume accepting new DACA applicants. The judge rejected the administration's claim that the Obama-era program protecting immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children is unlawful. He called Trump's decision to end it "arbitrary" and "capricious." The ruling marks the third time a federal judge has come down against the administration's decision.        Busloads of migrants from Central America are at the U.S.-Mexico border, south of San Diego, with long-shot hopes of being granted asylum in the U.S. They've left their homes in El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras where they say violence and political persecution threaten their lives and freedom. The Trump administration released statements Monday saying the migrants will be turned away.        "Smallville" actress Allison Mack is out on five-million-dollars bond after facing sex trafficking charges. The 35-year-old actress appeared in Brooklyn Federal court where she was released from jail and placed under house arrest in California. Mack is accused of luring young women, forcing them to go on starvation diets, branding them like cattle and grooming them for sex with the cult's accused ringleader Keith Raniere. She has pled not guilty.
