Concert on the Common

6:00 PM 

Historic Slatersville Common will be filled with family entertainment, featuring the "Hummingbird Trio" singers.

For those who love Big Band, Swing, and Jazz, listening to The Hummingbird Trio breathe life into "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy," "In the Mood", "Son of a Preacher Man", and "This Will Be" will make you want to jump out of your seat and start dancing!

Lawn chairs or blankets are suggested. Refreshments are available for purchase. 

Please bring canned goods for the NS Food Pantry. 

The Farmers and Artisan Market opens at 5:00 p.m. 

In the event of rain, the concert will be in the Slatersville Congregational Church.

Autumnfest is celebrating 35 years in 2013 and is proud to announce the 2013 headliner.  Saturday night October 12 at 6pm Autumnfest proudly presents Autumnfest Doo Wop Spectacular starring The Legendary Teenagers, The Chiffons, and Dicky Doo and The Don'ts featuring Gerry Granahan all performing with the Coast-to-Coast band Emceed by Todd Baptista. The show will run from 6-9pm followed by a meet and greet with all the performers allow the public a chance for autographs.

NORTH SMITHFIELD – The Friends of the North Smithfield Animal Shelter are seeking volunteers to help out at the shelter.  Duties include animal care and socialization along with greeting visitors and light cleaning chores.
