Nine people have died after a van struck people on a busy street in Toronto. Authorities say 16 others have been injured. Acting Chief Peter Yuen said a vigorous investigation is underway and the suspect is in custody.        Police in Nashville say a citizen's tip led to the arrest of the Waffle House shooter. Nashville Metro Police Lieutenant Carlos Lara said a citizen notified police that a man matching the description of 29-year-old Travis Reinking was seen walking through a construction area and into the woods. Police began walking on a pathway through the woods when one of the detectives noticed Reinking.        The White House is stressing that President Trump has no intention of firing Special Counsel Robert Mueller [[ MULL-er ]]. White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders repeated that claim in a briefing today, Sanders said the White House continues to be fully cooperative in Mueller's Russia investigation. She again insisted that there was no collusion between the Trump presidential campaign and Russia in the 2016 election.        The President says the U.S. needs to get tough on illegal immigration. Trump tweeted this morning that sanctuary city policies are disgraceful. He blamed Democrats and said the U.S. has been naive. Trump also said Mexico "must stop people from going through Mexico and into the U.S."        A former NFL kicker is receiving criticism over a Twitter pic. Jay Feely posted a picture this weekend standing with his arm around his daughter and with a gun in his other hand, next to his daughter's date. His daughter is smiling and rolling her eyes.       Madonna is losing a lawsuit after a judge ruled she waited to long to sue to get some of her belongings back. Under New York state law, Madonna had three years to recover personal items that she claimed went missing after she moved out of her Miami home in 2004. Some of the possessions include a love letter from the late rapper Tupac Shakur.
