The watchdog report on the Hillary Clinton email investigation is getting more scrutiny in Congress. Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz accused the FBI of mishandling the Clinton email investigation and singled-out former FBI Director James Comey [[ COE-me ]] for strong criticism. Opening a House hearing, South Carolina Republican Trey Gowdy said broad, anti-Trump bias at the FBI has been "laid bare."        GOP House lawmakers and President Trump are scheduled to meet today to talk immigration. The White House says Trump will support legislation if it passes the House and Senate after initially saying he would reject any compromise immigration package. Bills before the House this week face an uphill battle as lawmakers attempt to find a solution to the status of Dreamers, illegal immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.        The city of Charleston, South Carolina is considering issuing an apology for its role in slavery. The city council today will discuss the proposal, which notes the city's past regulation and support of human bondage. The National Park Service says 40-percent of Africans sold as slaves in North America came through Charleston.        The Kilauea [[ kil-uh-WAY-uh ]] volcano keeps erupting on Hawaii's Big Island. The lava has been flowing for more than a month and now has formed a massive river of 21-hundred degree molten rock traveling to the sea. Hundreds of homes have been destroyed.        The Stanley Cup champions will have a new man behind the bench next season. Capitals head coach Barry Trotz announced his resignation yesterday, less than two weeks after the Caps won their first championship. Trotz and the team couldn't agree on a contract extension.       "Black Panther" is the big winner at last night's MTV Movie & TV Awards. The film snagged four awards, including best movie. "Black Panther" also scored best hero, best villain, and best performance in a movie.
