 North Smithfield Economic Development Commission meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 8 at 5:30 PM at Town Hall, 1Main Street, Slatersville.

 North Smithfield Personnel Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 8 at 7:00 PM at the Primrose Fire Station, 1470 Providence Pike, North Smithfield.

 North Smithfield Conservation Commission meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9 at 7:00 PM at The Villa at Saint Antoine, Small Dining Room, 400 Mendon Road, North Smithfield, RI.

NORTH SMITHFIELD – The Town of North Smithfield will once again offer free pickup of yard waste, beginning Saturday, April 6th. Residents are asked to put all yard waste in paper bags or cans, on the curb by 6:00 am on Saturday morning. Collectors will not pick up any plastic bags or large branches. No trash can be co-mingled with the yard waste.

THIRD ANNUAL AUTISM BENEFIT 

This year’s event is called “Two Be Frank – A night of Comedy” and features hypnotist Frank Santos, Jr. and comedian Frank O’Donnell. The show is on Friday, April 5th at the Woonsocket High School and starts at 7:00PM. Doors open at 6:30PM. Tickets are $20 each and can be purchased at the door.
