President Trump is firing the Labor Department's statistics chief after the latest jobs report. The report says the U.S. economy added just 73-thousand jobs last month, well below estimates. It also revised the May and June numbers downward by more than 200-thousand jobs combined. Trump took to social media, and implied the labor statistics chief Erika McEntarfer manipulated the data "for political purposes," and ordered the Biden appointee be fired.        Rainy weather is headed to parts of the Southeast this weekend and may result in potential flash flooding. A front that caused deadly flooding in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast is now shifting South this weekend. The Carolinas and parts of Georgia are likely to see the most rain with cities like Charleston, Savannah and Wilmington set to be impacted.        Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislaine [[ GHEE-lane ]] Maxwell is now in a federal prison in Texas after being transferred from Florida. It comes one week after Maxwell was interviewed by the Justice Department in Tallahassee related to the Epstein case. The reason for the move has not been revealed. Maxwell has said she wants a pardon or to have her sentence reduced, while President Trump said he hasn't thought about pardoning her.        At least four people are dead after a shooting at a bar in Montana. It happened at the Owl Bar in Anaconda this afternoon, just over 100 miles west of Bozeman. The Montana Highway Patrol says the shooter has fled the scene and is currently being pursued. Reports have ID'd the suspect as 45-year-old Michael Brown. It's not known what led to the shooting.        A New York City councilwoman is among those arrested at a pro-Palestinian protest outside the offices of Senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand. That's according to the New York Post, which reports Councilwoman Tiffany Caban and several demonstrators were zip-tied and taken out of the Manhattan building by police Friday afternoon. The group Jewish Voices for Peace was behind the protest, which occupied the lobby. Wearing shirts that read "Let Gaza Live," they called for the Democratic leaders to stop shipping arms to Israel.        South Park is leaving HBO Max next week. HBO Max has been home to South Park's entire 26-season library for the past five years, but now the streaming rights for the long-running animated comedy have become a global exclusive on Paramount-plus. It comes after Park County and Paramount made a deal last month that includes 50 new episodes of the series over five years in addition to the global streaming rights.
