Good afternoon

Because of inclement weather tonight and tomorrow, we’re rescheduling our traffic pattern changes on the I-95 North service road at the Providence Viaduct. This will now take place next Friday night, June 6, with additional lanes opening Saturday morning, June 7.

Warwick Corridor Project

Earlier this month as part of this project, we shifted to the eastbound side of the bridge all travel lanes in both directions of Route 113 (East Avenue) where it passes over I-95 and I-295. One travel lane remains open in each direction of Route 113 while we use accelerated bridge construction methods to demolish and replace the westbound side of the bridges. Except for the Route 113 East on-ramp to I-95 North, which is closed through the rest of the year, all ramps and exits remain open. Next week, we will continue to grade and adjust the slope where we will eventually widen the I-95 South on-ramp from Route 113 West. No additional lane closures are anticipated.
