On February 5, 2020, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Peter Manders with three counts of first-degree sexual assault, five counts of second-degree sexual assault and one count of second-degree child molestation. 

 

The alleged acts occurred in the city of Warwick on diverse dates between August 1, 2016 and June 30, 2019. The Warwick Police Department conducted the investigation.

 

The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on February 18, 2020 in Kent County Superior Court.

The new analysis from health care research firm '3 Axis Advisors' found that a higher number of drugs would see median price hike hovers around four percent despite drugmakers pledging to offer more favorable prices under new Trump administration policies. According to Reuters, the projected increases don't account for rebates to pharmacy benefit managers and other discounts.        Catholics are being urged by Pope Leo to reflect on the year with God. During his final general audience of the year in St. Peter's Square, the pontiff said 2025 has been marked by joy and sorrow. Leo noted the millions who made the pilgrimage to the Vatican to take part in the Holy Year jubilee celebration, but also the passing of Pope Francis as well as "the scenarios of war that continue to convulse the planet."        A Walt Disney World worker is recovering after he stopped a boulder prop from going into the crowd during an Indiana Jones stunt show. Video on social media shows the boulder bouncing off track and starting to head toward the crowd watching the show before a staff member stepped in front of it, getting knocked to the ground. Walt Disney World said the show will be modified while a review of the incident is completed.        The "Stranger Things" series finale is just hours away from hitting Netflix. Its runtime is just over two hours and it will also play in theaters at the same time it's released on the streaming service. The "Stranger Things" finale drops at 8 p.m. Eastern.
