California Governor Gavin Newsom says Tuesday was a big win for Democrats. He spoke to reporters after Californians passed the measure redrawing congressional maps to favor Democrats. Proposition 50 was an effort fronted by Newsom that's aimed to gain more Democratic seats in Congress, after Texas redrew maps to add more Republicans.
