The college professor who accuses Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her when they were teenagers is willing to testify to a Senate committee. CNN reports Christine Blasey Ford's attorney told the Senate Judiciary Committee that Ford's willing to testify next Thursday. A hearing is scheduled for Monday, but Ford has ruled out appearing then, saying it's too soon.        More than 50 people could face charges after they were arrested while protesting Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination. The protesters demanded the FBI investigate a California college professor's sexual assault allegation, which Kavanaugh has strongly denied.        President Trump is hinting that he's willing to wait until after the midterm elections to get Congress to provide money for his border wall. The Senate approved a spending bill this week that does not include funding. Trump has said in the past that he's willing to shutdown the government if Congress doesn't fund the wall.        Rite Aid is reacting to a deadly shooting at one of its facilities in Maryland. The company tweeted that it is "deeply saddened" by the shooting yesterday morning at a distribution center about 40 minutes northeast of Baltimore. Police say a temporary worker killed three people and wounded three others before fatally shooting herself.        A man who shot two Prince George's County, Maryland officers will not be charged. The police chief says the officers were moving in on an alleged drug dealer, but they were at the wrong address. The man who wounded them says he was acting in self-defense on what he thought was a home invasion.        Two Texas pranksters are getting a big paycheck. The they took a photo of themselves after noticing that pictures in a McDonald's in Pearland didn't feature anyone of Asian descent. McDonald's got word of the trick and awarded them each 25-thousand-dollars to be in an upcoming marketing campaign.
