Starting this Wednesday 11/3/21 until Wednesday 11/17/21 our weekly clinics will be for Moderna boosters only.
Clinics will be at the same place, Monsignor Gadoury, and at the same time, 3:00PM to 7:00PM.
Boosters are available for the following eligible residents:
Immunocompromised, or
65 years of age or older, or
18-64 years old with underlying medical conditions, or
18-64 years old with an increased risk for COVID-19 due to occupational or institutional setting.
And it has been at least 6 months since your second dose of Moderna.
