Lt. Governor Matos Joins SBA to Kickoff Black History Month with Small Business Roundtable Discussion

 

PROVIDENCE, RI— U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) New England Regional Administrator Mike Vlacich and District Director Mark S. Hayward will be joined by Rhode Island Lieutenant Governor Sabina Matos and Secretary of Commerce Liz Tanner in hosting a roundtable discussion with black-owned small businesses from around Rhode Island.  The event will help kickoff Black History Month and will feature discussion between local black-owned small businesses, SBA and state leaders.  Conversation will center around pertinent issues facing black-owned small businesses and how stakeholders can work together to assist the community.
