On February 10, 2023, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Guillermo Ortiz with one count of first-degree child molestation, and one count of second-degree child molestation.
The alleged acts occurred in the city of Pawtucket on diverse dates between December 12, 2019, and July 18, 2022. The Pawtucket Police Department conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on March 1, 2023, in Providence County Superior Court.
