McCormick Recalling Seasonings

 

The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) is advising consumers that McCormick & Company is recalling McCormick Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning, McCormick Culinary Italian Seasoning, and Frank’s RedHot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning due to possible contamination with Salmonella.

 

Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy people infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses.

 

No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with these products.

The four products were shipped from June 20, 2021 through July 21, 2021 to states throughout the country, including Connecticut and Massachusetts.

 

Consumers are urged to dispose of the recalled product and its container. Please contact McCormick Consumer Affairs at 1-800-635-2867, weekdays from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time), for a replacement or full refund, and with general inquires.

She also says she never saw President Trump get a massage from Epstein's young female victims or do anything inappropriate. Trump has acknowledged he was friends with the late sex-offender Epstein, but says he hadn't spoken to him in over 15 years since a "falling out." Maxwell is serving a 20-year federal prison sentence in Texas for sex trafficking.        A tour bus crash in western New York Friday has killed five people. Police say the bus overturned on the eastbound side of the New York State Thruway in the town of Pembroke after the driver lost control. Police say the driver was not impaired and is cooperating with the investigation.        Vice President JD Vance says the FBI didn't raid the home and office of former Trump national security adviser John Bolton because of Bolton's criticism of the President. In an interview with NBC's "Meet the Press," Vance said while classified records are part of the investigation, there's "a broad concern" about Bolton. The former national security adviser became a strong critic of President Trump after he left the administration in 2019, and had previously been accused of leaking classified material but an investigation didn't go anywhere.        Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell is signaling that interest rate cuts could be on the way. He spoke at the Federal Reserve's conference in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on Friday, saying "The balance of risks appears to be shifting." The Fed will meet next month to decide whether or not to restart rate cuts. President Trump has repeatedly criticized Powell for not cutting rates.        A global hunger monitor says there's famine in the northern Gaza Strip, and it will soon spread to the rest of the region by the end of next month. The Integrated Food Security Phase Classification organization announced today that after nearly two years of war with Israel, more than half-a-million Palestinians in the northern Strip are facing starvation and malnutrition. Israel claims there is no famine in Gaza and that deaths blamed on malnutrition are actually from other medical conditions.        The Kennedy Center in Washington, DC will host the 2026 World Cup draw. President Trump made the announcement from the Oval Office today, calling the World Cup the biggest event in sports. The tournament's draw sets the group stage of competition for the 48 countries set to participate. The draw will take place December 5th, about six months before the first matches kick off.
