Vance Boelter now faces state and federal charges in the murder of Minnesota lawmaker Melissa Hortman and her husband. Boelter appeared in federal court on Monday, charged with multiple crimes, including stalking, murder with a firearm and firearms offenses. He also faces multiple counts of second-degree intentional murder and attempted murder in state court.        President Trump is telling the people of Tehran to evacuate. He issued the warning in a post on Truth Social Monday adding Iran should have signed the deal he told them to sign. Israel has also issued an evacuation alert for residents in northeast Tehran.        President Trump says the U.S. and United Kingdom have reached a trade deal. Trump made the announcement with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer at the G7 Summit in Canada. Trump called it "a fair deal for both."        The Trump administration can't ban international students at Harvard for now. That came out of a Boston federal court hearing today that pit the White House against the school. Lawyers for the White House argued Harvard can't be trusted because the school isn't properly monitoring its students, or sufficiently cracking down on anti-semitism.        A doctor charged in connection with actor Matthew Perry's death will plead guilty. The Department of Justice says Dr. Salvador Plasencia will plead guilty to four counts of distribution of ketamine in the coming weeks. He could get up to 40 years in prison.        An apparent practice bomb from World War Two caused a stir on a Florida beach. Children playing at Englewood Beach, south of Sarasota, found the inactive bomb. It was transported to MacDill Air Force Base for further examination.
