Ex-Trump lawyer Michael Cohen is admitting he stole from the Trump Organization. Cohen made the admission he stole 30-grand from the company while on the stand today in Trump's hush money case in New York City. Cohen is the prosecutor's key witness who they say was behind the alleged payments to adult actress Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about an alleged sexual encounter with Trump in 2006.        The president of Iran is dead following a helicopter crash. The helicopter was carrying President Ebrahim Raisi [[ rah-AY-see ]] and eight other people, including the Iranian Foreign Minister, when it crashed Sunday afternoon local time. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said intelligence officals have told him there is "no evidence of foul play."        The International Criminal Court is seeking arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. The court's prosecutor told CNN the warrants are for charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity connected to the October 7th attack on Israel and the war that followed. He also said the ICC is seeking arrest warrants for Israel's defense minister and two other top Hamas leaders.        Pope Francis is clarifying his position on same-sex marriage. When CBS News' Norah O'Donnell asked the pope during a recent interview why he's allowing Catholic priests "to bless same-sex couples," he told her that's not what he's allowing. Pope Francis said same-sex unions go "against the law of the Church." The pope told O'Donnell what he meant is that priests are allowed to bless each person in the same sex union.        Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says credit card late fees should be capped at eight-dollars. The New York Democrat says that would be a real help for the 45-million cash-strapped Americans who can't afford to pay their credit card bills on time. The average late fee is 32-dollars which nets credit card companies an estimated 14-billion-dollars a year. In a 7-2 ruling last Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court sided with consumers over banks paving the way for an eight-dollar cap on late fees instituted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in March.       John Krasinski's "IF" is this week's winner at the box office. The live action-CGI hybrid movie about imaginary friends that stars Ryan Reynolds earned 35-million dollars in its opening weekend. That total came in below the film's projected 40-million dollar start.
