The U.S. embassy in Jerusalem is closing. The State Department says the post will close Wednesday through Friday due to the current "security situation" involving Israel's conflict with Iran. Meanwhile, President Trump's national security meeting concerning the next steps in the conflict wrapped up earlier today.        Americans are being warned not to travel to Iran "under any circumstances." The warning comes amid reports that the White House is now considering an offensive strike against Iran. State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce said the Israel-Iran conflict is a "rapidly evolving situation."        President Trump is ruling out a phone call to Minnesota Governor Tim Walz after the deadly shooting of a lawmaker on Saturday. On his way back from the G7 Summit in Canada early this morning, Trump told reporters, "I think the governor of Minnesota is so whacked out, I'm not calling him. Why would I call him?" Trump went on to say, "The guy doesn't have a clue, he's a mess."        California Senator Alex Padilla is calling President Trump a tyrant. He made the comment during an emotional speech today on the Senate floor as he described being forcibly removed from a Homeland Security press event. Last week the Democrat approached Homeland Security chief Kristi Noem, asking questions about the L.A. immigration operations, before he was grabbed by agents and forcefully handcuffed.        The jury in the Karen Read murder retrial in Massachusetts is raising questions as they continue deliberations. A key question for the judge was "Are video clips of Karen's interviews evidence?" The judge told the jury, "yes," adding "you should weigh the defendant's statements as you would any other piece of evidence." The prosecution used Read's TV interviews to point out alleged inconsistencies in her story.        R. Kelly's lawyers say he was rushed to the hospital last week after overdosing on medication. They claim the staff at the federal center in Butner, North Carolina forced him to take additional meds on Thursday. The following day, the singer collapsed after he felt dizzy and experienced vision loss, and then "lost consciousness."
