A federal appeals court says an array of tariffs issued by President Trump earlier this year are illegal. On Friday the court ruled Trump misused his authority when he used emergency powers to issue tariffs on a number of U.S. trading partners. The court ruled only Congress has the authority to issue such measures. Despite this, the tariffs will be allowed to stay in place as the case proceeds.        Hurricane Katrina ravaged Louisiana and the Gulf Coast 20 years ago today. Katrina remains one of the most devastating natural disasters in U.S. history, killing over 18-hundred people. The states not included in this exception are Massachusetts, Nevada and New Mexico.        Be careful about the "infinite workday." It happens after the workday ends, when many of us are still tied to emails, calls and tasks. It leaves people with a feeling that they're never off the clock. A University of Virginia researcher says that during this Labor Day, employees are reminded to prioritize downtime and take yourself off autopilot.
