Background:   

Specialist Matthew R. Turcotte will be remembered with the renaming of the Slatersville Post Office per a bill submitted by Senator Reed, co-sponsored by Senator Whitehouse and Congressmen Langevine and Cicilline and signed into law by President Biden.
